2 c. sugar
1 c. Mazola oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. fresh apples, grated
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Combine all ingredients and bake in tube pan for 45 - 60 minutes at 350º.
