1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp ground Cumin
½ tsp dried Oregano
½ tsp dried Cilantro
1/8 tsp ground Red Pepper



Chili

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ lb ground Turkey
or cubed Chicken
¼ c chopped onion
1 c low fat chicken broth
1 sm can chopped green chilies
2 cans (19 oz.) cannelloni or
other white beans, un-drained
Limejuice
Grated Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat, add turkey and onions, cook until turkey is browned. Stir in broth, chilies, and the Spice Blend. Simmer 15 min. Stir in beans, and lime juice, simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with Monterey Jack Cheese. Serve with cornbread.
