1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
4 cups whole almonds
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250°. Grease a 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Lightly beat egg white, add water and beat until frothy but not stiff. Add the nuts and stir until well coated. Mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon and sprinkle over the nuts. Toss to coat and spread evenly on prepared pan. Bake for one hour, stirring occasionally until golden. Allow to cool and store in airtight container. Delicious and healthy!
