3 tbsp white vinegar
1 t salt
3 t ground coriander
1 t ground turmeric
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t dry mustard
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t ground ginger
1 stick cinnamon
1/8 t cayenne pepper (or more if your bold)
2 cardamon seeds
2 bay leaves
1 clove minced garlic
3 lbs cooked large shrimp (ie from Costco w/ tails on)
1 1/2 c chopped yellow onion
2 green peppers cut in chunks
1 red pepper chunked
2 c coconut milk
4 T flour
3 t fresh lemon juice
Sides of raisins, chutney, dry roasted peanuts, and shaved coconut

Mix first 13 ingredients in bowl, add shrimp, mix and cover. Refridgerate 2 hours or more, turning once or twice

-Melt butter in LARGE frying pan, add onion and peppers, saute 2-3 min.
-Rinse and drain shrimp and add to pan until shrimp is heated through
-Mix coconut milk and flour, stir in shrimp and peppers.
-Cook over med-low heat, stirring until it comes to a boil
-Add lemon juice, stir well
-Serve over jasmine rice with sides
