2 lb lean hamburger
1 lb lean pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (46oz) can tomato juice
or V-8 Picante Veg. Juice
1 lb chili brick
1.25 oz chili seasoning packet
2 cloves minced garlic
1 (29oz) can refried beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and sausage, then rinse and drain. Add onion, and bell pepper to the meat. Add tomato juice, chili brick, chili packet, and garlic. Cook on medium heat until 1 hour before serving. Add the refried beans and continue cooking on low heat. Stir frequently to insure that the beans do not stick. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream.
