3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. dry Mustard
1 tsp. Poppy Seed
1 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Cider or Raspberry Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh Onion, grated very fine
1 c. Corn Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add Vinegar. Beat for 3 minutes. Gradually beat in oil. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered jar. Stir well before using as sugar settles to the bottom.

I like this dressing on salad made with: Romaine Lettuce, Copped Red Onion, Celery in small slices and chopped almonds.
