Meat Balls:

4 tbsp. Oil
1 can Worthington Vegeburger
2 c. Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. Italian Progresso bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 medium Onions, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
4 eggs or egg beaters
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
4 generous shakes of Liquid Smoke
1 c. Colby or Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
dash of Celery Salt

Sauce:

1/2 cube Margarine
1 onion, chopped
2 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 1/2 generous shakes of Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs: Saute onions in oil. Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes -without sauce.

Sauce: Saute onion in margarine. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place over meat balls and bake for 15-20 minutes and serve.
