1 - Yellow or White Cake Mix
1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/8 c. oil
1/4 c. water

Filling: 1/4 c. sugar, 1 T. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Pour a layer of batter in each pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on layer. Add another layer and finish with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.
