3/4 cup teddy bear shaped chocolate graham cracker cookies, crushed
butter flavored cooking spray
2 12 oz pkgs fat free cream cheese product, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 21 oz can cherry pie filling (reduced calorie)
1 8 oz non-fat sour cream
3/4 cup reduced calorie frozen whipped topping

Directions:

Spread cookie crumbs on bottom of spring-form pan coated with cooking spray; set aside. Beat cream cheese at high speed with mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg substitute, mixing well. Add melted chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla, mixing until blended. Stir in sour cream, pour into prepared pan. Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Remove from oven, run a knife around edge of pan to release sides. Let cool completely on a wire rack, cover and chill for 8 hours. Remove sides of pan; spread cherry pie filling on top of pie and top with whipped topping.
