2-3 large ears of corn or 2 cups
1/2 c milk
1/3 c melted butter, or
1/2 c cream plus 1 small piece of butter, melted
1 egg
3 T flour
1/4 t Baking Powder
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the corn off the cobs. Then mix all the ingredients together. Drop 1/4 cup mounds on oiled griddle and fry until lightly browned. Serve with warm maple syrup.
