Directions:
Place ground beef on wax paper and roll out into a rectangle. Prepare stuffing mix to box directions. Spread stuffing mix onto ground beef. Start on one of the long sides and roll into a log (don't roll with wax paper on the inside). Once rolled wrap in wax paper and place in the freezer until firm enough to cut into rounds. Wrap a slice of bacon around the outside and secure with a tooth pick. Brush with steak sauce and grill until done, or bake in the oven on 350 for 30-45 minutes.
