1/2 c butter
1 c flour
1/2 c chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioner's sugar
16 oz cool whip
3 3/4 oz instant chocolate pudding
3 c milk
Optional: chopped pecans and/or coconut for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Mix together butter, flour and pecans. Pat into 12x 7 x 2" sheet cake pan. Bake 350º for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

2nd layer: Mix cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, 1/2 carton cool whip. Spread over first
layer when cool. Optional: sprinkle with 1/2 c coconut

3rd layer: Mix pudding with milk as per directions on box. Spread over 2nd layer.

4th layer: Spread remaining 1/2 carton cool whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with pecans and/or coconut if desired.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into squares and serve.
