2.5 Lbs Peeled shrimp
3 meduim onions sliced
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Tarragon vinegar
2 tlb spoon sugar
2.5 tlbs capers with juice
1 tlbs lemon Juice
1 tlbs worstershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-3/4 tlbs hot sauce
8 Bay leaves Broken

Cook, cool, peel, and devain the shrimp and chill
combine all ingredents except onion

layer shrimp and onions and cover with the marinade
Place in refreg. for 24 hours tossing twice.

Drain liquid and serve on a plater
