6 large green peppers
1/2 cup chicken livers
6 slices bacon (diced)
1 cup onion chopped
2 cups cooked regular rice
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
1 cup celery sliced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 clove of garlic crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers, cut slice from stem end and remove seed. Cook peppers for 5 minutes in salted water: Drain. Cook livers, bacon, onions, celery, and garlic until vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms, rice, and seasonings. Stuff peppers with liver mixture. Arrange in baking dish; seal and freeze. To serve, thaw and add 1/2 inch water to pan, cover and bake at 375º 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 Prep: 30 minutes
