Personal Notes:
This was a delicious meal that Joel and I tried just recently. What I loved about it is that it was so quick to prepare and cook. Less than half an hour after I got home we were able to sit down to this freshly cooked meal (rare for us, during the school week we usually have a "quick meal" - leftovers, soup, etc.).
