1 can condensed tomato soup,undiluted
1 can cream nuhhroom soup, undilited
2-1/2 cups water
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into cubes
2 bay leaves
1tsp quick cooking tapico.
3 medium potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
4 carrots cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 lb. medium mushrooms fresh halfed

In a dutch oven , stir in soups,and water until smooth
add meat and bay leaves. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours; Stir in potatoes, carrots, mushroms,and tapico Cover and bake 1-1/2 hour longer until meat and vegetables are tender Remove thr bay leavesbefore serving.
