1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 cups water
1 lb. mushroom,sliced
1cup celery chopped,
1 cup potatoes peeled and diced
1 cup light cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a large pan saute onion until tender stir to make it smooth, bring to boil,
add flour carrot,potatoes, celery musshroms. cover and reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes add cream and parmmesin
