Pillsbury Pie Crust
3 beaten eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chpd onion
1 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded swiss, cheddar and havarti cheese
1 c. baked salmon
1 T. fresh dill chpd.

Directions:
Directions:
Line unpricked pie shell w/double layer foil. Cook 450º for 5 min. and remove foil. Cook 5-7 minutes longer and take out of oven. Reduce to 325º.
Stir together liquids, then salmon, then toss cheese and flour and add. Pour into crust. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Dill.
