2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
4 Eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Oil
2 c. grated raw Carrots
1 (8.5 oz.) can crushed Pineapple, Drained
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts
Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe)

Preheat oven to 350. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix in the eggs and sugar. Stir in oil, carrots, drained pineapple and nuts. Turn into 3 greased 9" round cake pans and cook for 35-40 minutes (or a 13" x 9" pan and bake for 55-60 minutes).
