1 1/2 lb lean stew beef
1 tbsp canola oil
2 (14oz) cans reduced sodium beef broth
1 1/2 cup water
3 celery ribs
1 3/4 c frozen cut green beans
2 tbsp steak sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 medium potatoes
2 medium carrots
2 cups fresh corn
1/8 tsp nutmeg and pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tbls soy sauce (reduced sodium)

Directions:
In large kettle or dutch oven, brown beef over medium heat in oil. Add broth, water, and soy sauce;cover and simmer 1 hour. Dice potatoes, carrots, and celery; add with steak sauce and seasonings; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes until vegetables are tender; add corn and beans. Bring to boil; reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Serves: 9 (3 1/4 qts) Prep: 1 hr.
