1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups corn flakes
1 1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla continue creaming until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture. Add coconut and cornflakes. Chill for 2-3 hours. Pre heat oven to 350º. Form chilled batter into small balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
