1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 T vegetable oil--or enough to cover the pan to about 1/8 inch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg, sugar, flour, milk and salt. Add oil to skillet and heat to medium high heat. Once the oil is hot pour batter into pan. Turn when brown. The edges should be lacey. If not the batter is too thick, just add a little more milk. Keep the oil level at about 1/8 to ensure lacey edges. If you want a more crepe-like pancake use less oil in the pan.
