2 skillets of unsweetened cornbread - crumbled
3 boiled chopped eggs
1 large chopped onion
2 raw eggs
3 stalks chopped celery
˝ tsp sugar
1 clove chopped garlic
3 to 4 c hot liquid (broth is best)
parsley and green onion
1 T baking powder
6 to 8 slices stale bread - crumbled
salt, pepper & Tony’s

Turkey or chicken giblets
onion and celery scraps from dressing
canned or boxed chicken or turkey broth if needed

Saute onions, celery & garlic until onions are clear. Mix with remaining ingredients.

Place into greased baking pan and bake 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

Place washed giblets in pot with scrap from onion and celery for seasoning, cover with water. Slow cook while baking turkey or chicken. Add water if needed. Strain, add extra canned or boxed broth if needed. Mix in flour roux. Cook until thickened. If you bake poultry, there will be gravy drippings in pan that should also be added. After it has cooked 5 to 10 minutes, taste for seasoning. May or may not need additional seasoning depending on strength of gravy drippings from poultry baking pan.
