1/3 c dry sherry or vermouth
3 T low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 c finely chopped green onion
1 tsp freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp dry ground ginger
1 lb orange roughy fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sherry or vermouth, sou sauce, sesame oil, onion, ginger and garlic in a small bowl. Place the fish fillet in an ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle the marinade over the fish and bake for 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily in a 400º oven.
