Ingredients:  
1st layer:
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2nd layer:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping

3rd layer:
1 (29 oz.) can peaches, drain but save the juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. reserved peach juice

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Mix all ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Cool.
2nd layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Fold in whipped topping. Spread this on cooled first layer.
3rd layer: Arrange peaches on top of 2nd layer. Mix together jello, boiling water and peach juice and let set up a little bit before pouring over the 2nd layer. Refrigerateand allow time to set up.
