1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 T. flour
1 pint coffee cream
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Spread in bottem of pie shell.
Add cream.
Stir slightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
The pie will thicken as it chills.

Making the crust takes the most time-filling takes minimal time.

This delicious recipe is hand written by Mom on an undated card; however, it is well remembered from many years back. The first time you make it you will think it will have to be eaten with a spoon, but refrigerate it and walk away from it for a few hours. On return, you will need your pie knife as it will have solidified.
