Old Bay Seasoning
Garlic Powder
1/2 can beer (any type, Budwieser works best) IN alumnium can

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to ~ 400º.

Rub chicken with garlic and Old Bay seasoning. Take 1/2
can of beer (in alumnium can, opened) and put it inside the
chicken body cavity. The chicken will balance on the can and
'stand up'. Transfer the chicken onto the grill and cook
through. A meat thermometer is very helpful to ensure the
chicken is cooked.

Once cooked, discard beer can (which will be VERY hot)
carve and serve.

This makes excellent, moist chicken, and takes very little effort.
Be warned it can be rather messy, but its worth it! Enjoy.
