3 cups milk
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 Tbs. butter
2/3 cup flour
cinnamon
1- 9" pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together. Place in the bottom of pie shell. Add 2 1/2 cups milk (pour it all around the pie). Do not stir milk, flour and sugar together. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place on baking sheet in the oven. Add remainder of milk when the pie settles. Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350ºF and bake for 45 minutes longer. Milk will rise and form bubbles when baking; prick bubbles gently with fork, Pie should still be soft when removed from oven. It will set and be firmer when cool. Do not cut before cooled.
