1 tsp nutmeg,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 1/2 tsp salt,
3 cup sugar,
1 cup mazola oil,
4 eggs,
1 cup pumpkin,
2/3 cup water,
2 tsp bi-car soda,
3 cups flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3 cups sugar, 1 cup mazola oil and 4 eggs. Then add 1 cup pumpkin, 2/3 cup water, 2 tsp bi-carb soda and 3 cups flour. Stir until mixed well. Pour mixture into bread pans and bake on 350º for 1 hour.
