2 - 3 lb. chicken, cooked and cut up
1/4 c. flour
2 T. cooking oil
1 6-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 T. brown sugar
3 T. catsup
1 T. vinegar
2 T. cold water
2 T. cornstarch
Hot cooked rice

Coat chicken pieces in mixture of flour and 1 1/2 tsp. salt. Brown chicken in oil in skillet. Transfer chicken to crock pot. Stir together the lemonade, catsup, brown sugar and vinegar. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on high for 3 - 4 hours, or medium for 6 - 8 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot, skim fat off cooking liquid. Add mixture of cold water and cornstarch, stir. Put chicken back in. Turn crockpot to high for about 30 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve with sauce over hot cooked rice.
