3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. cornstarch
3 c. broccoli pieces
1/2 lb. carrot pieces
1 onion, cut in strips
1 lb. teriyaki chicken breasts
1/2 c. honey roasted peanuts
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
2 T. peanut oil
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger and pepper flakes. Over high heat add 1 T. oil to skillet. Add vegetables and stir 3 minutes. Remove to bowl. Add remaining oil and chicken to skillet. Stir 3 minutes. Add vegetables. Pour in juice mixture, stir 3 minutes until thickened. Stir in peanuts. Serve over rice.
