1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 c. diced chicken
1 1/2 c. grn. onion, chp'd
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grnd. cumin
1-4 oz. can diced gn. chilies
2-1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 c. shreddedd cheddar cheese
10 flour tortillas -soft taco size
1 can enchilada sauce

Directions:

Stir Sour Cream, garlic, chili pwdr., salt, cumin, chilies, 1 1/2 c. jack cheese, chicken and grn. onion together.

Spoon 1/2 cup in each tortilla and roll. Place in a 13x9 casserole. Pour can of enchilada sauce over the top.

Bake covered at 375º for 20 min. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar and bake until cheese melts.
