1 c sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
4 Tbsp butter
1 tsp grated lemon peel
¼ c lemon juice
3 large egg yolks, beaten
1 c whole milk
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
One 9” pie shell-baked (see Easy ½ butter recipe)
Sweetened whipped cream for garnish if desired. In saucepan mix sugar, cornstarch, butter, lemon peel, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk; Stir and cook about 5 to 10 minutes till thick. Cool and add sour cream before pouring into baked pastry shell. Refrigerate overnight to solidify.
