I stick oleo (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
8 level T. crisco shortening
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar, add flour 1 T. at a time, add crisco and mix well. Add milk and vanilla. Beat on medium spped for at least 12 minutes or until sugar is disolved.

Great on chocolate cake. This is Aunt Esther's recipe and I've been making it since she taught me to make it many years ago.
