1 pkg. large shells
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large jar spaghetti sauce.

Filling:
2 eggs
1 (24 oz) Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare shells as directed on package. Blend all filling ingredients together. Spoon 1 tablespoon in each shell. Cover bottom of 9x13 baking pan with a couple spoonfuls spaghetti sauce. Place filled shells in pan. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover and bake in preheated oven 400 º for 20 to 25 minutes.
