Ingredients:  
1 lb. - lean round steak
1 - green pepper, cut into strips
¼ c. - cooking oil
1 can - beef bouillon
½ tsp. - salt
3 T. - cornstarch
1 dash - pepper
2/3 c. - water
¼ c. - onion, chopped
1 T. - soy sauce
1 c. - celery, sliced
2 c. - converted rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown strips of round steaks in cooking oil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, onion, celery, and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add beef bouillon. Combine cornstarch and water. Add small amount of meat sauce to cornstarch mixture, then add to remaining meat sauce. Add soy sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
