1/3 Cup Cold Milk
1/3 Cup Flour
Three Eggs
2 Tablespoon Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 to 425 degrees, place butter in glass tube pan and put in oven while oven is pre-heating. In blender mix all remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into tube pan once butter is fully melted. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fluffy and browned.
For a larger pancake increase the ratios as follows:
1/2 Cup Milk and Flour to 4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Milk and Flour to 5 Eggs
1 Cup Milk and Flour to 6 Eggs.
A larger pan is required for the increased batter
