2-1/4 Cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
3 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Beat egg with fork and add to 1 cup milk and melted butter. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. For thinner pancakes, add more milk. Let batter sit for 5 to 10 minutes to activate baking powder. Heat Skillet to medium high heat and butter pan. Use ladel to ensure even sized pancakes. Flip cakes once bubbles in batter begin to pop and dough is drying out. Cakes are donw when surface is smooth and soft to touch.
