2 c cream-style corn
1 c cracker crumbs
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onion
2/3 c American cheese, diced fine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c milk
2 T melted butter

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish.

Bake for 1 hour and 350 degrees and serve.

This recipe was one of my favorite corn dishes. Mom has it dated May 1986 and noted it was cut out from the Grit Weekly publication. This newspaper was always appreciated for its interesting rural news and good recipes and I believe was published in Pennsylvania.
