2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
jalapenos, chopped (start with 3)
3 eggs
cayenne pepper or paprika

Directions:
The original recipe calls for a frozen pie shell, but you don't have to use one. Just spray a glass pie pan with Pam, then add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese, mozzerella cheese and jalapenos; then another layer of cheddar cheese. Beat 3 eggs and spoon over the pie. Sprinkle the top with cayenne pepper or paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into 2 inch sections for serving. Great for breakfast; serve with a salad for a nice brunch meal.
