2 c butter
2 c brown sugar
2 c granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c flour
5 c oats (blended finely after measuring)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 24 oz pkg. chocolate chips
3 oz Hershey Bar grated
3 c chopped nuts

Cream both sugars, butter, add eggs and vanilla. Mix together all dry ingredients. Stir well. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheets. Bake 5 minutes at 375º. Yield: 112 Prep: 40 min.
