2 (8 oz.) blocks of cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
12 vanilla wafer
12 muffin liners
cherry or blueberry pie filling or whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream chees until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Stir in vanilla. Put muffin liners in muffin pan and place one vanilla wafer in each. Fill each cup with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Leave in pan and refrigerate over night, When ready to serve, top with pie filling.
