2-4 qts dried bread (stale) soaked in enough milk to cover
1lb each of burger and pork
2 cloves chopped fresh garlic
1 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, oregano to taste
1-2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain off the milk from the bread and discard milk.
Mix remaining ingredients together and then form into
1.5 inch balls. Either bake in 350 F oven, turning every 5
minutes until brown, or brown in a lightly oiled skillet.
Great for subs and in marinara sauce.
