1 c. sugar
1 large c. pumpkin-either canned or fresh cooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 T flour
1 c. milk

Mix well together, put in open crust and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or more.

Although this recipe is very similar to recipes on canned pumpkin products, it seems to taste better using the directions from my old faded card by Grandma Allspach. I also got many more compliments after I accidently doubled the allspice. Now, I generally have this accident.
