2 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed through garlic press
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Pour marinade over steaks (sirloin is always the best bet) or desired choice of meat. Let stand approx 2 hours..

This marinade tenderizes as well as flavors steaks such as round steaks (which should stand longer, approx 4 hours)

Mom and Homer gave me a cookbook titled, "The Complete Barbecue Cookbook from Charmglow", for Christmas 1984. I was not thee best cook back then and when I saw this marinade I thought it was the coolest assortment of ingredients. It just reminds me of when we first moved to NC (1982) to be closer to our parents. Cool....huh? (Love you Mom & Homer!!!)
