8 (2 lbs) beef cubed steak
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
2.8 oz. can dried onion

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly flour steaks and brown in skillet with a little oil. Place steaks in 9x13 pan. Combine soup and milk until smooth and pour over steaks. Saute pepper, onions and mushrooms in small amount of oil. Place vegetables on top of steak. Top with cheese and onion rings. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
