2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for pork
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix meat, water, eggs and 1/4 c. barbecue sauce. Add stuffing and flavoring packet, stir together. Shape into oval loaves and place in shallow baking dish. Top with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake for 30 minutes or until done in center.
