2 c. – vanilla ice cream, softened
1 stick – butter, softened
1 c. – sugar
1 c. – brown sugar
1 T. – cinnamon
rum

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients well to make batter. To serve: add 1 shot of rum, 2 heaping tablespoons of batter, and boiling water.
