Ingredients:  
¼ to 1/3 c. – lime juice
½ c. – olive oil
1 – garlic clove, minced
2 (15 oz.) cans – black beans, drained
1½ c. – corn (frozen is better)
1 – avocado, peeled, pitted, & diced
1 – red bell pepper, chopped
2 – tomatoes, chopped
6 – green onions, sliced thin
salt to taste
½ c. – cilantro (optional)
1/8 tsp. – cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place lime juice, oil, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, in a small covered container and shake until blended. In a salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir in dressing. Chill and serve.
