Fresh deer tenderloin
Dale's sauce
jalapeno peppers
vidalia onions
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat into thin strips and soak in Dale's sauce several hours. Cut jalapenos in half and remove the seeds. Cut onions into slivers. Put several slivers of onion on a jalapeno half and wrap a strip of meat around the onion and jalapeno. Wrap a piece of bacon around the meat and place a toothpick through it to hold it together. Grill until bacon is cooked.
